The Raplee property, located at the junction of 271st St. NW and 270th St. NW, has been identified by city staff as a strategic point in Stanwood’s downtown revitalization because it serves as the entry point into the west end of the city.

The City of Stanwood has had its eye on the property at 271st St. NW and 270th St. NW for years — and the possibility of purchasing it is coming closer to fruition.

The site, owned by Kathleen Raplee, has been identified by city staff as a strategic point in downtown revitalization because it serves as the entry point into the west end of Stanwood.
