Cama Beach State Park activities take place at the beach area of the park near the office and historic store. Mon., July 20, a WSU Beach Watcher will conduct a low tide beach discovery at 9:30 a.m. Tues. July 21, there's a 10 a.m. nature walk with low tide a -3.5. At 1 p.m., Family Crafts teaches printing techniques with artist Kathleen Chase. July 22, scientists will do a 10 a.m. wetland plant survey, and at 1 p.m., learn about critters on the beach. Sat., July 25 at 1 p.m., families can meet local Camano fire and rescue volunteer firemen and see a fire engine. That evening at 7:30 p.m. at Camano Island State Park, Stanwood Camano Beekeepers teach about bees. There will be hands-on displays.
