Man seeks homes for mother’s 50 cats

Cats: the gift that keeps on giving.
At least, that’s what Don Pierce, of Oak Harbor, recently discovered when he tried to clear his mother’s Camano Island home of the critters.
Pierce’s mom was recently hospitalized after she fell and broke her femur. That’s when the 50 or so cats became Pierce’s responsibility. Full Story

This big strong fellow is Brownie. He is a neutered 1-year-old German Shepherd mix. Brownie is a sweetie, but this dog is more like beef jerky, tough and bold. Full Story
