County seeks DUI Victims Memorial Wall applications
Families of someone killed in an alcohol- or drug-related crash may arrange for placement of a free tile in their loved one’s name on the Snohomish County DUI Victims Memorial Wall. Residents of Snohomish County are eligible.
The eighth round of tiles on the wall at McCollum Park will be unveiled Oct. 6. Deadline for families to apply for a memorial tile is Aug. 23. Full Story

Raising their eight children on a 40-acre rural farm north of Stanwood in the early 1900s, the Victor Dahlgrens later leased 56 acres, lending their name to the railroad crossing near their home, “Dahlgren’s Crossing,” which is still used in 2010.
