Fourth of July fireworks were a success

We have so many to thank for all the hard work and help on Stanwood’s Fourth of July Fireworks.
Thank you to the more than 500 spectators at Heritage Park who came to enjoy the show, enduring the wind and cold, and being so understanding for the need to move the show from the advertised 10:30 to 10:15. That day will be one for the record books. Full Story

Paramedics provide essential advanced care
Dear Editor: To the residents of North County Regional Fire Authority, you will soon have the choice of whether or not to renew an EMS (Emergency Medicine Services) levy.
This levy essentially supplies funds for advanced life support and pre-hospital care by paramedics to residents of your district at no additional cost at the time services are rendered. Full Story
