WILMER (BILL) BELGARDE
October 19, 1939 - April 24, 2010
Wilmer (Bill) Belgarde was born in Dunseith, N.D., October 19, 1939. He married Therese Rowe of Seattle. In 1968 Bill and his son Kevin were partners in a roofing and construc-tion business in Seattle for several years.
Bill was a charter member of the North Seattle Fraternal Order of Eagles. He joined the Stanwood Eagles when he relocated to Camano Island. Full Story
