Award winner
A former city of Stanwood administrator and public works director, Bill Beckman, recently returned from the National AWWA Convention in Chicago where he was the recipient of the George Warren Fuller Award, the highest honor presented by the American Water Works Association. Baby Tressa Joy Tressa Joy Lukehart arived June 21, late in the evening. She weighed 6 pounds 14 ounces and measured 20 inches long. She joins her big sister Olivia..
