Brindles will close at the end of June
Brindles Marketplace will close at the end of the month, bringing an end to a “one of a kind retail haven,” according to Bonnie Brindle.
Brindle, owner, said the current economy simply isn’t able to support the concept; nevertheless, she wrote in a letter to the community, “I am very proud to have given my all.” Full Story

Planning underway for 2010 fair parade
The Stanwood Camano Rotary Club is busy planning the 2010 Summer Parade and has announced a call to those businesses, clubs, teams and organizations that want to show their “Spartan Spirit.”
