Sports physical day on Saturday, June 5

The Stanwood High School sports medicine department and the Stanwood 4A Booster Club will be hosting a sports physical day on Saturday, June 5, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the high school commons. The cost is $20 and is open to current 6ththrough 11th- graders who need a sports physical to participate in athletics next year.

There will be volunteer local doctors as well as nurses, physical therapists and athletic trainers on hand to help with the process.

No appointment is necessary, but parents must accompany his/her child in order to fill out the medical history form. Contact Stanwood High School athletics at 629-1300 with any questions.
