 Bernie and Kelly Ruhoff of Warm Beach announce the engagement of their daughter, Chelsea, to Jordan Lee, the son of Bob and Karen Lee, of Redding, Calif. The bride-elect is a 2001 graduate of Stanwood High School and earned her undergraduate degree in biochemistry from Willamette University in Salem, Ore. in 2005. She will graduate August 6 from Idaho State University with her Master of Science in physician assistant. The groom-elect is a 2000 graduate of Central Valley High School in Shasta Lake, Calif. and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Willamette University in 2004. He is a certified general appraiser employed with James Brown and Associates in Salem, Ore. An August 21 wedding is planned to take place at Willamette Valley Vineyards in Salem.
