Open house on Beach Drive culvert replacement project

The public will have a chance to review the preliminary design of the Beach Drive culvert replacement project, in an open house presented by Surface Water Management Division of Island County Public Works 7:15- 9 p.m. Thursday, May 27 at Camano Country Club, 1243 South Beach Drive, Camano Island

Topics of discussion include the proposed schedule for the project design, permitting and repair, impacts to the pedestrian and cyclists using the roadway shoulder, with an opportunity to review sketches of the proposal created by Harmsen Associates, Inc. of Monroe.
