“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world; but that the world should be saved through Him.” John 3: 16, 17.

Try personalizing scripture for a “love letter” from God. For instance, in above verses, substitute your name. Let’s use Jane Doe:

“For God so loved Jane Doe that He gave His only begotten Son, that if Jane Doe believes in Him, she shall not perish, but have eternal life. For God did not send the Son into the world to judge Jane Doe; but that Jane Doe should be saved through Him.”

Finish up with I John 4:7—“…for love is from God…”
