NW Plus approves design

NW Plus Credit Union approved Pelletier + Schaar’s design for their new building at the intersection of 271st Street NW and 92nd Avenue NW. Pelletier + Schaar were hired and began work on the design project in November, along with civil engineers from Cascade Surveying and Engineering. The building will be 1,700 square feet, with one drive through window, and was designed to be a fitting presence in the community, Dave Pelletier said. Currently, the credit union has a pre-load grading permit. The dirt piled on the property replicates the building’s weight. Once the site compacts and settles, it will be graded flat and excess dirt hauled away.
