A 74-year-old woman driving a blue 1987 Plymouth Voyager was rear-ended by an 81-year-old woman driving a gold 1991 Buick Park Avenue. The 74-year-old woman was waiting to turn left when the other driver, who said she hadn’t been able to stop in time, ran into her at low speed.

• On April 28, the manager of Camano Plaza IGA contacted deputies to report that a 63-year-old man, who had been convicted of shoplifting in March and banned from the store for five years, was on the premises again. The man was arrested and cited in connection with trespassing, first-degree. He also had an active warrant for theft.
