Stanwood High School senior Joseph Coburn hands Mike Riber from the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) at Smokey Point one of 50 hygiene kits he put together for his senior project. As part of the project, Coburn held fundraisers to purchase the supplies and then sorted, packed and delivered them to DSHS for distribution to the homeless.
