Fastpitchers lose 5-0 to Tomahawks

Shut out 5-0 by Marysville Pilchuck, the Lady Spartan fastpitch team (3- 2 in league, 6-2 overall) dropped into fourth place in the Western Conference 4A North with their second loss in league play.

The Tommies took advantage of six Stanwood errors and five hits to beat Spartan pitcher Brittany Jeans. Stanwood managed just three singles against Riley Fritz of the undefeated Tomahawks.
