Dutch Oliver Ogburn is a special baby, much anticipated by parents Michele and Curt Ogburn of Torrington, Wyo. They struggled to have a child for 10 years, and through IVF, little Dutch arrived Feb. 22, 2010 at 11:25 p.m. in the Regional West Medical Center, Scottsbluff, Neb. He weighed seven pounds, 1.3 ounces, and was 19-1/4 inches in length. He joins sister Karly. Grandparents are Giselle Grimes, Lesa Halsell, Bob Halsell and Jnell Raymond, Rod Morgan and Carl Ogburn, all of Wyoming. Great-grandparents are Leo and Jane Nickel and Sam Morgan, all of Wyoming, and Beth Connie of Colorado. Special family to welcome the new baby are Justin and Erin Phillips, Mike Phillips, and Gabe Phillips, all of Camano Island.
