‘Annie Jr.’


More than 50 students from Port Susan and Stanwood middle schools comprise Lone Rooster Productions and they are presenting their ninth production, “Annie Jr.,” on April 23, 7 pm and April 24, 2 pm at the Stanwood High School Performing Arts Center. “Annie Jr.” is a version of the well-loved musical “Annie,” specifically designed for the strengths of middle-school performers. The role of Annie will be played by Ireland Woods, who recently starred in “Into the Woods,” at the 5th Avenue Theater in Seattle. Tickets should be purchased in advance at the Snow Goose Bookstore.
