Rick Schmitt, 53, passed away in his home on April 1, 2010 after a three year battle with colon cancer. He was surrounded by family and friends.
Rick was born to Clarence and Darlene Schmitt on July 28, 1956.
His family moved to the Stanwood area from Seattle when he was 5 years old and he graduated from Stanwood High School in 1974. Full Story

Lisa Marie (Wolfe) Burns, loving wife, mother, daughter and devoted follower of Christ went home to be with her Savior unexpectedly March 27, 2010, from a brain aneurysm.
Lisa was born April 6, 1971, in Lebanon, Ore.

Robert Neil Larson, born June 7, 1929, in Mount Vernon, Wash., passed awaypeacefully March 25, 2010 in Stanwood.
Bob grew up on Fir Island and attended elementary school in Conway. He graduated from Mount Vernon High School in 1947.

Eugene (Lefty) K. Wootten, age 85, went to his heavenly home on April 2, 2010.
Born on September 27, 1924 in Tacoma, Lefty was a proud Veteran who served four years in the U.S. Marines during World War II.
