Vote for young artist

Four years after 14-year-old Callie Cash picked up her first guitar, she is a finalist in the Classical King FM 98.1 “Ten Grands Young Artist Awards.” The Stanwood High School freshman stands alone as the only singer/songwriter entry. Her entry is unique in comparison to more traditional performers in the classical genre. To hear Cash play and vote, visit www.king.org. Top prize includes a $1,000 scholarship and the opportunity to perform at Benaroya Hall in Seattle. Online voting ends on April 2 at 4 p.m. PHOTO BY ADAM STEWART | STANWOOD/CAMANO NEWS Four years after 14-year-old Callie Cash picked up her first guitar, she is a finalist in the Classical King FM 98.1 “Ten Grands Young Artist Awards.” The Stanwood High School freshman stands alone as the only singer/songwriter entry.
