AAAA Stanwood Booster Club Open House next week

The Stanwood AAAA Booster Club is hosting an open house next Tues., March 23 at 6:30 p.m. in the Stanwood/Camano School District Curriculum Room (entrance at the back of the district office building). The district office is located at the northwest corner of Pioneer Highway and Highway 532 (across from Les Schwab).
“There will be light refreshments, desserts, door prizes and complimentary prizes for everyone! Bring a friend!” said a club spokesperson.
The AAAA Booster Club supports all academics, activities, athletics and the art programs at Stanwood High School.
“Get involved to help the Booster Club support programs at SHS.”
One of the group’s popular programs is the sale of sports passes, which allows members to attend any home athletic events for free. Half of the funds from those sales go directly to the SHS athletic department to support Spartan teams.
The balance of the proceeds provides support to the arts as well as the high school’s competitive teams and clubs.
There are also nine scholarships awards given to graduating seniors each year.
