Emerald Michaud, Danielle Fortin, Josie Franz, Ciera Cline, Kristen Bottenberg and Lizzy Wirth participated in Stanwood Middle School’s library challenge in February: Love a Lonely Book. Each winner read a book that had not been checked out from the library in 10 years, then completed a book review, which was done away from regular class time. Each won an Easter basket for completing both.
