    The lone senior on an underclassmen-laden team, Kallen Shaughnessy accepted the only three-year letter award given out by head coach of the girls’ basketball team, Dennis Kloke at their recent season-end banquet. Shaughnessy also served with junior Sarah Titus as team captain for the 2009- 2010 hoops campaign. Full Story
Fishing in north Puget Sound

    While there have been a few reports of anglers hauling in some nice blackmouth, salmon fishing in Puget Sound continues to be slow. “To have any success in northern Puget Sound, anglers really need to put in some time on the water,” said Steve Thiesfeld, WDFW fish biologist. Full Story
