WorkSource job fair for vets

WorkSource Skagit will host a job fair especially for veterans from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 16 at WorkSource Skagit, 2005 E. College Way.

The public event helps connect today’s highly skilled military with companies who wish to hire efficient and well-trained employees.

Veterans are noted for their excellent work ethic, integrity, the ability to work in diverse environments and strong problem-solving skills. They also tend to be reliable, adaptable and have well-honed time-management skills. Their combined skills and attributes are appealing to many employers.
