ROBERT LEANDER DAVIS

OCT. 5, 1938 - FEB. 13, 2010

Robert Leander Davis was born Oct. 5, 1938 and passed away peacefully at his home on Camano Island Feb. 13, 2010.

Bob was a 20-year survivor of malignant melanoma.

He was raised in Woodinville and graduated from Bothell High School in 1957.

Bob is survived by his loving wife of 45 years Carol, four children Bob, Scott, Andrea and Jennifer, and nine grandchildren.

Bob and his family lived in the Woodinville-Maltby area in 1965, where Bob built their beautiful home with some help from friends and family, while Bob was working in construction as a hod carrier.

Bob and Carol moved to Camano Island in 1997, where Bob enjoyed boating, fishing, crabbing and shrimping.

Bob will be remembered for his one-liners, often called “Bob-isms,” and his willingness to help others without expecting anything in return.

A celebration of his life will be held at Camano Island Yacht Club, 129 N. Sunset Dr., Camano Island, 1-4 p.m. Sunday, March 7.

In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the American Cancer Society.
