I.C. treasurer will bow out of re-election
Island County Treasurer Linda Riffe won’t be running for re-election this fall.
Riffe has family members to attend to. Her ailing husband has been in and out of the hospital for the past year, and a daughter was recently diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and lost the use of her legs. Full Story

the following calls last
week:
• Multiple street signs were vandalized on 271st Street NW Feb. 13.
• On Feb. 12, a 20-yearold Camano Island man was caught in the 9200 block of 271st Street NW driving with a suspended license. Full Story
