Art comes alive at Utsalady
Staying in the lines, creating the perfect “pinch” in the pot, hitting the right dance step or sewing the strongest stitch were not as important as developing an overall appreciation of art at Utsalady Elementary on Friday.

• On Jan. 29, the 79-yearold driver of a 2007 Toyota Camry struck a parked car in the 9200 block of 271st Street NW. She said she accidentally hit the gas instead of the brake.
