Showmanship awards


Shae Lynn Cloud, a 13- year-old student at Stanwood Middle School and member of Camano Canines 4-H Club, and her dog, IvanLee Walking on Clouds, recently won numerous awards at two of the largest American Kennel Club shows on the West Coast. At the AKC Western Washington Cluster in Puyallup Jan. 15-18, Shae Lynn and her dog earned two qualifying scores in the obedience venues and were awarded first place in junior showmanship. They earned two additional qualifying scores in obedience, winning second place in junior showmanship in their division and were awarded their rally novice title at the AKC Rose City Classic in Portland Jan. 20-24.
