In the article “Community Transit proposes service changes” in the Jan. 19 issue of the NEWS,
it was incorrectly reported that Boeing subsidizes Community Transit bus service. To clarify, Boeing employees are eligible to receive $30 a month to cover public transportation expenses through the Boeing Public Transportation Incentive program. Boeing does not provide subsidies directly to Community Transit.
