Suzie’s Greek Bistro

Suzie’s Greek Bistro and Bakery first opened in Stanwood in March 2004 and reopened this month in Brindle’s Marketplace, offering the same aroma of lamb, beef and chicken gyros, fresh baked baklava and other homemade bakery treats, as well as salads, sandwiches, soups and Bonnie Brindle’s famous Alaskan cod fish and chips. Customer Yanit Yogev said it’s the best baklava since living in the Middle East. Suzie’s Bistro is open 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sundays and closed on Mondays, at 848 N. Sunrise Blvd. Bldg C on Camano Island.
