Blackburn returns
 Kevin Blackburn has announced the reopening of his electrical contracting business, Blackburn Electric Inc. After four years of working as an electrical inspector for the state of Washington and a nine-month assignment as the internal safety and health officer for labor and industries, Blackburn has decided to return to his electrical contracting business. He was an electrical contractor in Stanwood/ Camano area for almost 14 years prior to working as an inspector, bringing more than 25 years experience in the trade.
