Jaime Jorge, A violinist who was born in Cuba in 1970, will be performing at Merrill Gardens in Stanwood, 3 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 5, and at Floyd Norgaard Center 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 4. Jorge began violin studies at age 5 and after his family immigrated to the United States, he began lessons with violinist Cyrus Forough.
