• The city of Arlington and the Stillaguamish Tribe are partners in presenting the third annual Eagle Festival, Saturday, Feb. 6, with eagle watching on river at the Nature Conservancy property at the mouth of the Stillaguamish, and many fun events, including live eagles from Sarvey Wildlife Center at City Hall, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. For information on the Fish Art Scavenger Hunt, photo contest, art show, and wildlife and habitat booths, call 360-403-3448.
