Standing or pacing, dancing and even possibly playing air guitar with a bouquet of flowers in a Santa suit, he directed the attention of motorists passing along SR 532 to a display of floral arrangements, wreaths and other decorations. Occasionally he stopped to stroke his beard.

Seven girders are successfully installed
