Constructive change of health care needed

At the risk of adding another shrill voice to the questionable debate expressed by people intent on destroying any real reform to what is widely acknowledged as a “out of control” health care system, I want to respond to a letter by Dr. D.C. Schlerer printed in the Dec. 8 edition of the NEWS.
