DNR establishes 19 designated diving spots
A new type of mooring buoys that will prevent destruction of aquatic habitat has been introduced by the Washington State Department of Natural Resources.
DNR approved the installation of up to 19 mooring buoys at popular dive sites in five counties around Puget Sound and Hood Canal. Full Story
