H1N1 clinic to be held Sat. - Free Access
An H1N1 flu clinic will be offered 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Sat., Oct. 24, at Heritage Park, 9600 276th St. NW in Stanwood.
The drive-through vaccinations are available for free for pregnant women and children ages 6 months to 4 years. All other priority groups will need to wait for the clinic on Oct. 31 that will be held at the same time and same place.

1928-2009
Juan Holguin Gomez, 81, passed away peacefully at home in Marysville Oct. 15, 2009. He resided happily on Camano Island from 1986 to 1998 after an early retirement from the metals industry in California. He worked part time for Island County Roads Department, sharing many laughs with his co-workers. Full Story
