Camaloch roads, pools, buildings need repair

We will miss Leslie Moore
Dear Editor: If you went to the Stanwood Library any time this summer, you found it a very busy place. It is great to see our library being enjoyed by so many. We will miss our head librarian, Leslie Moore, but she left the Stanwood Library busier than ever. The summer reading program, sponsored mainly by the Friends of the Library, had over 600 participants. Full Story

False statements about Obama insult voters
Dear Editor: I take exception to the falsehood regarding President Obama and where he was born. He was born in America and that has been proven beyond doubt. When you insult him, you insult me, and you insult the Democratic process and the millions of voters who made him our best president so far in my almost 60 years of voting — not always as a Democrat.
