President Obama did not provide required proof

Dear Editor:

This individual (Obama) can never be president of the United States of America. He can't be elected legally since he has never proved qualification in accordance with the laws of the United States.

He cannot, or will not, present legal documents that validate the legal place and time of his birth.

Each American of legal age who cast their vote for Barack Obama as president in the 2008 presidential election violated the laws of the land and became criminal in action and subject to trial with possibility of confinement in federal prison.

Most voting people are in complete ignorance of the power of the Supreme Court.

They can shut down both legislative houses and remove a phony president.
