C. Floyd Norgaard Cultural Center (upstairs) 27108 102nd Ave NW, Stanwood
In conjunction with the Harvest Jubilee celebration, the new exhibit, "Berries, Farms and Dairies", will open at the Stanwood Area Historical Society Floyd Norgaard Cultural Center on Sept. 19, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Later it will be open for tours on special occasions and by appointment. The exhibit will emphasize one aspect of the economic heritage of the Stanwood area. Through photos and artifacts early agricultural activities are depicted. Dairy, berry and crop farms played an important role in sustaining the families as they produced for their own consumption as well as the surrounding area.

People Helping Horses will be hosting its second annual open house at the PHH barn in Arlington, to be followed by Dancin' in the Dirt Dinner, Dance and Auction.
