Author of the Lystedt law to speak Aug. 26

Stanwood High School's athletic department will present Dr. Stan Herring, medical director of The Spine Center at Harborview Medical Center, who wrote the Lystedt law to provide information on the recognition and management of sports concussions, with a follow up question and answer session.

The presentation starts 6:30 p.m. Wed., Aug. 26, in the performing arts center at Stanwood High School.
