Man charged with cyber stalking girl

By RICK WOOD Staff Reporter

Tyler Deccio, 18, of Selah, was charged by Snohomish County prosecutors with felony cyberstalking a 15-yearold Stanwood girl.

For about a month this past spring, court documents allege that Deccio harassed and threatened the girl via text messages and internet postings.

Court documents indicate Deccio also admitted viewing and posting nude pictures of the girl on MySpace, an online social networking site.

The documents also indicate that he had naked pictures of at least three other juvenile girls on his computer.

According to prosecuting attorneys, the girl went to police after a barrage of threats were messaged to her from Deccio over a four-day period.

Court documents state the two had been in a relationship and had corresponded online and via cell phone.

The harassment allegedly began after the girl broke up with Deccio because they lived so far apart.

Deccio remains in custody awaiting a hearing.
