Arnold Riber, "the Big Norwegian" Moen, age 86, a longtime resident of Sedro- Woolley, passed away Aug. 10, 2009 at home. He was born Sept. 5, 1922, in Trondheim, Norway, to Sefanius and Julia (Peterson) Moen. During World War II, Arnold served in the Norwegian Navy. Full Story
