Thomas "Tommy" L. Madsen August 25, 1956 - July 5, 2009

The last twelve years for Tom have, at times, been very difficult. The last challenge was to be the toughest and he just couldn't win.

An excerpt from a friend's letter to Tom says it best: "Remember him this way. I love you for your playful, adventurous, fun seeking, beer drinking, happy go luckiness, your twinkling eyes, mischievous grin, your spontaneous nature, laid back attitude, your total willingness to engage all things fun and the pure enjoyment of knowing and hanging with you. You are a true friend and a most excellent person who makes life so much more interesting and so much more enjoyable."

A celebration of Tom's life was held at his home July 19. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you take a moment and hug your loved ones a little longer today.
