Stolen truck, pie snatched

Island County Sheriff 's deputies on Camano Island responded to the following recently:

• A man working in the 300 block of E. North Camano Drive reported the theft of a 2003 Ford truck from a construction site June 15.

• A 70-year-old woman living in the 2600 block of South Camano Drive reported the theft of a pie from a refrigerator on her patio June 11.

• Residents living in the Country Club area reported the theft of a dinghy from the Country Club Beach June 16.

• A 21-year-old woman hit a deer while driving on Sunrise Boulevard June 11. The woman was uninjured but the injured deer was euthanized.

• A 25-year-old man arrested for driving under the influence (DUI) on SR 532 June 11.

• A 16-year-old girl was arrested for DUI after an accident on Vanderlin Drive June 11.

• A 46-year-old man was arrested for DUI on SR 532 June 13.

• A 46-year-old man was cited for driving with a suspended license on East Camano Drive June 12.

• A 26-year-old man was cited for driving with a suspended license on Cross Island Road June 16.
