Piper

Piper is a 2-year-old, male orange tabby/Manx mix. When Piper arrived at N.O.A.H., he had a flea collar imbedded in his neck and several open wounds. Despite all of this, he's affectionate, outgoing and loves to meet new people! His wounds are healing very well, and his friendly nature has made him a staff favorite!
