Volunteer firefighters needed

North County Regional Fire Authority is accepting applications for volunteer part-time firefighters.

"If you or someone you know is looking for an exciting opportunity to serve the local community and really make a difference, then consider joining North County Regional Fire authority," said Battalion Chief Christian Davis.

The firefighters and paramedics cover over 100 square miles of North Snohomish County, responding to all types of emergencies such as fires, motor vehicle collisions, aircraft crashes, medical emergencies, water rescue and more.

Applications may be picked up at the fire department office, located at 19727 Marine Dr., or downloaded at www.northcountyfireems. com.A
