M. GENE SWACKHAMER

Passed away peacefully in Stanwood May 27, 2009 at the age of 85 after a long illness. She was born in Golden, CO.

She will always be remembered for her beautiful needlework, wonderful sense of humor and devotion to her family and friends.

She is survived by one daughter, who will greatly miss her love and laughter.

She was preceded in death by her husband and one son.

At Gene's request, there will be no services.

Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in her name.

Gilbertson Funeral Home of Stanwood is in charge of arrangements.
