Afualo shoots fifth-best score

Stanwood's girls' golf contingent placed 7th among the nine schools present at the WesCo North divisional meet at Marysville's Cedarcrest Golf Course last week.

Lady Spartan Jackie Afualo's 51 Stableford points tied for fifth-best among the 45 golfers. Teammates Alexa Dugan (34 points), Maggie Chappel (30), Devyn Bell (15) and Madison Soth (11) also represented Stanwood High at the meet.
